Radon Testing
Radon is a colorless, odorless, tasteless gas produced by the natural decay of uranium in the soil. It is the number one leading cause of lung cancer in non-smoking adults and for this reason, the Floyd County Health Department urges residents to test their homes for radon. For more information about testing your home for Radon, please contact our department at (812)-948-4726, press option 2, option 1.
