The Underground Railroad in Indiana

Jeannie Regan-Dinius, Director of Special Initiatives for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, will be the guest speaker at the November 2 program of the Southern Indiana Genealogical Society (SIGS). She will speak about the history of the Underground Railroad with a focus on its presence in and impact on Indiana. A “meet and mingle” with light refreshments will begin at 6:45 PM with program at 7 PM in the Strassweg Auditorium of the New Albany-Floyd County Public Library, 180 W.
