You can pay your fine and costs by mail or over the phone or via the Internet with a Debit/Credit Card.
Payments by Mail - In order to do so, you must plead guilty by signing the back copy of your ticket. Return it along with a certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the Floyd County clerk, at the address below, on or before your court date. If a receipt is desired please send a self addressed, stamped envelope. No personal checks will be accepted only certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to the Floyd County Clerk on or before your court date.

Payments by Phone - You may call 1-866-480-8552 and pay your ticket with a Credit Card/Debit Card. A convenience fee will be added to the amount owed for this service.Please have your traffic ticket available as you will need to refer to the UTT number on the upper right side of your ticket.
Payments via Internet - You may make an online payment via the Internet by going to the following web address http://www.floydcounty.in.gov/resident/onlinepayment.htm.
